These Terms and Conditions apply on all orders by consumers and are exclusively governed by Dutch law. By placing an order on our website you automatically approve of these ‘Terms and Conditions – Consumer’. For our business deals we have special ‘Terms and Conditions – business’ that can be requested by email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
After placing your order, you receive an email with the details of your order plus costs. You can pay online and directly via iDeal or PayPal. Or you can choose to pay by ‘bank wire transfer’. Your order will be sent after we’ve received your payment. The complete payment has to be made within 2 days. During this time we will reserve your order. If the payment has not been made after 2 days, we will make the product available again for other customers.
We try to keep our webshop up to date but once in a while it can happen that a product is not available at that time. If so, we will contact you to discuss other possibilities.
The prices mentioned on our website are in euro’s, including 21% VAT. Extra shipment costs will be added.
Within the Netherlands
We charge shipment costs based on the system of postal service PostNL (www.postnl.nl). Your order is delivered 1-3 days after payment at the address given by you during ordering.
We are depend on the delivery scheme of the Dutch postal service PostNL. They do not deliver no packages on Monday. We do not use Track & Trace for regular orders. Orders within the Netherlands should be delivered within 14 working days maximum. If not, the customer is free to cancel their order.
Outside the Netherlands
Outside The Netherlands we also charge shipment costs based on the system of postal service PostNL (www.postnl.nl). A package will always be sent as Priority shipment. We do not use Track & Trace for regular orders. If you are not at home to receive your package, the delivery person will leave a note. This will allow you to pick up your package at the local postal office.
Delivery terms and timings are of course depended on the terms & conditions of the national postal services. Delivery within Europe will take more or less a week and outside Europe should take no longer than 2 weeks. If orders outside the Netherlands are not delivered after 30 working days the customer is free to cancel their order.
Right of withdrawal
Unfortunately not satisfied? After receiving and checking your order, you have the possibility to send it back within 14 working days. Returned goods will only be accepted when first announced via e-mail.
Of course we assume you will take care of the product and its packaging. We do have the right to refuse any used, damaged or incomplete returned goods. Whenever we do accept the returned order we make sure to transfer the money back on your bank account within 14 working days.
All shipment costs and the responsibility for the return shipment are for you as a customer. The package should always be stamped sufficiently, or it will not be accepted.
We work hard to make sure that our products look good, are in good shape and the quality is high. But because it is a natural product the success of it all depends on the treatment of it, by you, as well.
You will find tips and tricks on how to treat your flowers-to-be in the best way possible. We do advise you to plant your product maximum 6-12 months after buying because of the perishable date. Of course we are happy to help you out if you should have more questions on how to treat the products best.
Our products are meant only for planting and growing flowers. You can eat the herbs an violets that grow from our paper but of course you should take into account any allergies or sensitivities one might have.We are therefore not responsible for any harm or discomfort caused by bad usage or malfunction. Eating the violets is not recommended for childeren under 12 years old or people that have just been ill. In some very rare cases it could lead to the syndrom of Reye.
We will never hand over your personal information to third parties without getting your permission. We use the information only for processing your order and save them in our customer file to be able to contact you with special promotions and our newsletter.
Complaints should be addressed to email@example.com. Of course we will try to handle it as soon as possible. We will surely respond to you within 14 working days with an elaborate answer and solution. If the complaint cannot be solved in joint consultation, there will be a dispute that is open to the dispute settlement rules.
